The "Program/Customers" section helps manage detailed information about a customer.
Quick Search
To quickly find a customer, enter the customer's name/email information into the search box.
Click on "Member status" or "Tiers status" to perform advanced search based on either "Tiers status" or "Member status".
Update tiers
Click the 'Change tier' button to adjust the membership level for the customer.
Select the member tier you want to modify for the customer.
You can only upgrade a customer's membership level; downgrading membership is not allowed.
Adjust points balance
Click the 'Adjust balance' button to change the customer's point balance.
Enter a positive value into the 'Point adjustment' textbox to add points to the customer.
If you want to decrease the points, please enter a negative value.
Spend points
You can actively use customer points to redeem rewards.
Click the 'Spend points' button to make this change.
Referrals link
"Referral link" is the section where you can find the link and referral code provided by customers for referrals.
The introduction link information is also displayed on the Customer Extension.
Activity
Points
The "Points" section keeps track of activities where points are earned and used by customers.
Referrals
The "Referrals" section records activities related to referring new users, along with the status of the referral process.
Tiers
The "Tiers" section keeps track of the history of changes in the membership levels of customers.
Rewards
The "Rewards" section keeps track of your reward history and customer discount codes.
Orders
The "Orders" section keeps track of the history of customer orders.
