Earn Points” is where you set up ways for customers to earn points when they engage, share, and interact with your brand.
Click the “Add ways to earn” button to choose the methods through which your customers can earn points.

1. Make a purchase:

Set up methods for customers to receive points after successfully placing an order.

Earning type:

There are 2 ways to receiving points:
  • Increments of points:
The more customers spend, the more points they receive.
Example: For every $1 spent, customers receive 1 point. So, if a customer spends $100, they'll receive 100 points.
  • Fixed amount of points:
For every successfully paid order, customers receive a fixed number of points, regardless of the order amount.

Earning value:

After selecting the "Earning type", enter the corresponding reward points quantity into “Points awarded”.

Icon:

The icons representing different point collection methods will be displayed by default under "Customer Extensions" when your customers access your store. To enhance aesthetics, you can customize these icons by uploading your own:
  • Select "Active" and press the "Save" button to save the settings.
  • In case you need to temporarily suspend a program, select "Disable" and press the "Save" button to stop it.

2. Celebrate a birthday

Customers will receive points 30 days after their birthdays. Enter the reward points in the "Earning value" field, click the 'Active' button, and then click the 'Create' button to finalize the program.

3. Sign up

Reward points are given to customers upon creating an account and logging into your store. Enter the reward points in the 'Earning value' field, click the 'Active' button, and then click the 'Create' button to complete the program.

4. Social

Boost customer interaction with your brand on social networks like Facebook, X, Instagram. Attach the corresponding link to the 'Social Link' section, set the corresponding reward points, and save the program.
Example:
Like on facebook.
Enter the link to your brand's Facebook page.

In the "Customer extension" section, when customers access the 'Way to earn' option, find the method "Like on Facebook" and perform the like action. Customers will receive corresponding reward points.
